Our farming system strictly follows New Zealand MPI regulations through four key pillars:Licensed access control
Process management Monitoring and verification
Import and biosecurity controls This creates a preventative, full-chain, and continuously monitored dairy safety system
Every sheep is provided with a lifelong health profile, with real-time monitoring of body condition, diet, and wellbeing to ensure consistently pure milk quality.
Our farms are carefully divided into independent grazing zones featuring ryegrass, clover, alfalfa, and other nutrient-rich pastures. According to each sheep’s growth stage and lactation cycle, dedicated grazing areas are scientifically assigned to precisely match nutritional needs.
Milk is collected only once per day, preserving the natural vitality of the milk while reducing stress on the flock Each dairy sheep is also given approximately 105 days of annual non-lactation and rest time, allowing nature’s rhythm to guide both animal welfare and milk quality.
